Sinclair Dinnen

Sinclair Dinnen is a Professor in the Department of Pacific Affairs at the Australian National University. He previously taught law at the University of Papua New Guinea and was a research fellow at PNG's National Research Institute. Sinclair has conducted extensive research in the Melanesian Pacific in the areas of law and justice, policing, conflict and peacebuilding. His most recent book (co-authored with Danielle Watson, Loene Howes, Melissa Bull and Sara N. Amin) is Policing the Pacific Islands (Palgrave MacMillan 2023).
